Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the QuantixSuite Affiliate Program ("Program"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate in the Program.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Affiliate", "you", or "your") and QuantixSuite ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your participation in our affiliate marketing program.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To participate in the Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Not be a current employee or contractor of QuantixSuite
• Have a valid bank account for receiving commission payments
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to reject any application or terminate any affiliate account at our sole discretion.

3. Affiliate Account

3.1 Registration

You must complete the registration process and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account Approval

All affiliate applications are subject to review and approval. We may approve or reject applications at our discretion. Approved affiliates will receive a unique affiliate code and referral link.

3.3 Account Security

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Commission Structure

4.1 Commission Calculation

Commissions are calculated based on the net payment amount received from referred customers, excluding taxes, refunds, and chargebacks.

4.2 Commission Approval

All commissions are subject to review and approval. Commissions may be held pending for up to 30 days to account for potential refunds or chargebacks.

4.3 Commission Changes

We reserve the right to modify commission rates with 30 days written notice. Any changes will apply to new referrals only; existing referrals will continue at their original rate.

5. Payments

5.1 Minimum Payout

The minimum payout threshold is ₦10,000 (ten thousand Naira). You may request a payout once your approved commission balance reaches this threshold.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payout requests are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Payments are made via bank transfer to the bank account details you provide in your affiliate dashboard.

5.3 Payment Responsibility

You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your commission earnings. We may require tax documentation before processing payments where required by law.

6. Referral Tracking

6.1 Cookie Duration

Referrals are tracked using cookies with a 60-day duration. If a potential customer clicks your referral link but doesn't sign up immediately, you'll still receive credit if they sign up within 60 days.

6.2 Attribution

We use a "first-click" attribution model. The first affiliate whose link a customer clicks receives credit for that referral, regardless of subsequent affiliate links clicked.

6.3 Self-Referrals

Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. You may not use your own affiliate link to sign up for QuantixSuite services or refer yourself or entities you own or control.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Making false, misleading, or deceptive claims about QuantixSuite
• Using spam, unsolicited emails, or other illegal marketing methods
• Bidding on QuantixSuite brand terms in paid advertising
• Creating websites that impersonate or appear to be official QuantixSuite sites
• Using cookie stuffing, click fraud, or other deceptive practices
• Offering unauthorized discounts or incentives
• Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Engaging in activities that could harm QuantixSuite's reputation

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

8. Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use QuantixSuite trademarks, logos, and marketing materials solely for promoting QuantixSuite through the Program.

You may not modify our trademarks or use them in a way that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation beyond your role as an affiliate.

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your participation at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, you will receive payment for any approved commissions above the minimum payout threshold.

9.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate your participation at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. In cases of fraud or Terms violations, we reserve the right to forfeit unpaid commissions.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUANTIXSUITE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 12 months preceding any claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through your affiliate dashboard. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
