When someone signs up through your unique referral link and subscribes to a paid plan, you earn 20% commission on their payment - both the initial payment and all future recurring payments!

Becoming an affiliate is simple:

• Click the "Register" button and fill out the registration form
• Wait for admin approval (usually within 24-48 hours)
• Once approved, log in to your dashboard to get your unique referral link
• Start sharing and earning!

No, joining is completely free! There are no signup fees, monthly fees, or hidden costs. You simply register, get approved, and start earning commissions on your referrals.

No, you don't need to be a QuantixSuite customer to join our affiliate program. However, being familiar with our platform can help you better promote it to potential customers. We provide all the information and resources you need in our Affiliate Guide.

You earn 20% commission on every payment made by your referred customers. This includes:

• Initial Payment: 20% of their first subscription payment
• Recurring Payments: 20% of ALL future payments they make

For example, if you refer a business that subscribes to a ₦25,000/month plan, you earn ₦5,000 every month they stay subscribed!

Forever! As long as your referred customer remains a paying subscriber, you continue to earn 20% on every payment they make. There's no limit on the number of payments or the duration - your commissions are truly recurring.

Commissions are created immediately when a payment is received from your referral. However, they go through these stages:

• Pending: Commission is recorded and awaiting admin review
• Approved: Commission is verified and added to your available balance
• Paid: Commission has been paid out to your bank account

No cap! There's no limit to how much you can earn as an affiliate. The more customers you refer, the more you earn. Some of our top affiliates earn six figures annually through our program.

When someone clicks your referral link, a tracking cookie is stored in their browser. This cookie:

• Lasts for 60 days from the first click
• Tracks the visitor even if they don't sign up immediately
• Ensures you get credit when they eventually subscribe

If a visitor clears their cookies or uses a different browser/device, the tracking may be lost. To maximize your conversions:

• Encourage visitors to sign up as soon as possible after clicking your link
• Remind them to use the same browser they clicked your link from
• Provide clear calls-to-action in your promotions

We use a "first click wins" attribution model. The first affiliate whose link a visitor clicks gets credit for the referral, even if the visitor later clicks another affiliate's link. This protects affiliates who make the initial introduction.

Yes! Your affiliate dashboard provides real-time tracking of:

• Total referrals and their status (pending, converted, active)
• Commission history and amounts
• Available balance for payout
• Payout history and status

The minimum payout threshold is ₦10,000. Once your approved commission balance reaches this amount, you can request a payout. This threshold helps reduce transaction fees and ensures efficient processing.

To request a payout:

• Log in to your affiliate dashboard
• Ensure your bank details are updated in Settings
• Go to the Payouts section
• Click "Request Payout" if your balance meets the minimum
• Wait for admin processing (usually 3-5 business days)

Payouts are typically processed within 3-5 business days after you submit a request. The funds are transferred directly to your registered Nigerian bank account. You'll receive a notification once the payment is complete.

Currently, we support payouts via Nigerian bank transfer only. You'll need to provide:

• Bank name
• Account number
• Account name (as registered with the bank)

Please ensure your bank details are accurate to avoid payment delays.

No fees! We pay out the full amount of your approved commissions. There are no processing fees, transaction fees, or hidden deductions. What you earn is what you receive.

To update your bank details:

• Log in to your affiliate dashboard
• Go to Settings
• Update your bank information in the Bank Details section
• Click Save to confirm changes

Note: Changes may affect pending payout requests, so update carefully.

Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link that's valid for 1 hour. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.

All new affiliate accounts require manual approval to ensure quality partnerships. Approval typically takes 24-48 hours. You'll receive an email notification once your account is approved. If it takes longer, please contact our support team.

Yes, accounts may be suspended for violating our terms, including:

• Spamming or sending unsolicited emails
• Making false claims about QuantixSuite
• Fraudulent activities or fake referrals
• Using prohibited advertising methods

If your account is suspended, you'll be notified via email with the reason.
